Wild Xmas tree growing in St Margarets!

Have a look outside apothecary Botanica Medica at 24 Crown Road. This mysterious tree has fruited overnight, provoking international interest from the cryptobotanical community as well as strong feelings of “christmassyness” from the local community. Its fruit has an easy to remove peel, with sweet innards.

Any botanists have the Latin name for this fine species? I think it may be a Christmastium.
