Pilates Plus Opens New Space + Two Open Days

After 10 successful years running her Crown Rd Pilates studio, owner Sarah Duley is pleased to announce the opening of 117, an additional studio in St Margarets, Twickenham.

Sarah and her team of experienced teachers will be offering more classes and more choices, adding Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Yoga and Family Friendly Fridays, to the already well-established Pilates studio classes.

Open Days Events, from 10am to 5pm on:

  • Sunday May 13th
  • Sunday June 3rd - to coincide with jubilee street fair

Free Yoga, Pilates and Gyrokinesis workshops throughout the day as well as postural assessments, massage treatments and Gyrotonic demonstrations.

Opportunity to book classes and courses at special rates as well as meet our teachers and find out all you need to know.
